We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building long-term partnerships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes team handling and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B sales and business growth
- Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships
- Develop strategic partnerships across industries
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue channels
- Achieve sales targets consistently




- Lead and manage a small team (if assigned)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements:

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
- Background in FMCG, Hospitality, F&B;, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Leadership or team management experience is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset and execution focus
