The Sales Cum Billing Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, generating bills, managing cash collections, maintaining billing accuracy, and supporting daily store operations in a sweets and savouries outlet.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting sweets, savouries, bakery items, and other products.
- Promote seasonal products, combo offers, and special promotions.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Billing & Cash Handling

- Generate accurate bills using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Collect payments through cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
- Verify cash collections and maintain billing records.
- Ensure proper opening and closing cash balance procedures.
- Prepare daily sales and cash collection reports.

Inventory & Store Support

- Coordinate with the production and store team to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels at the sales counter and report shortages.
- Assist in stock replenishment and product display arrangements.
- Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and packaging of products.

Store Maintenance & Compliance





- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the billing counter and sales area.
- Follow company policies related to cash management, billing, and customer service.
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards.
- Support store operations during peak business hours and festivals.

Required Qualifications

- HSC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, billing, cashiering, or food retail outlets.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of POS billing software and cash handling.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
