Snowflake Data Architect Responsibilities:

- Strong Data Analytics focused data architect with 14 - 16 years of progressive experience across both traditional and cloud architectures and ecosystems.
- Experience engaging with clients in a consultative mode and demonstrated thought leader - advising clients on technology options, target state solution architecture and roadmap.
- Experience in architecting and implementing data solutions covering Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, BI Reporting and Analytic solutions across industries.
- Experience engaging across multiple stakeholder groups involving business and technology stakeholders to understand use cases and associated capabilities.
- Understanding of Data mesh, Lake house and other key solution constructs for architecting modern data solutions and platforms.
- Expertise in designing and implementing data models using methodologies such as Data Vault 2.0, Dimensional modelling and 3NF modelling using different data modelling tools.
- Experience engaging across and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups involving business partners as well as other platform/technology vendors and service providers.




- Understanding of key components of Data Governance covering data stewardship, data cataloging, metadata management, data lineage, data quality, data privacy, etc.
- Has exposure to master data management more from a customer master data perspective.
- Robust experience in architecting and designing both batch and streaming data solutions in a Cloud Environment (Azure or AWS) and Snowflake data environment leveraging Kafka.
- Exposure to Azure and AWS data ecosystem and native components such as ADLS Gen 2, ADF, Event Hub, Synapse, S3 etc
- Expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud and its capabilities and features. Preferably, SnowPro Core certified.
- Experience in ETL architecture and exposure to tools such as Informatica and cloud native options for data integration and processing in Azure, AWS and Snowflake
- Self-starter who can drive navigate with minimal supervision and in fast paced environment.
- Experience leading and guiding technical teams to implement the data cloud solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Well versed in working in an agile delivery model
