- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assign tasks and coordinate team members.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage changes to project scope and schedules.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Lead meetings and resolve team conflicts.
