Hello, we are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – RCM to lead, mentor, and optimize our revenue cycle operations from our Ahmedabad office (100% Work from office) Night Shift CST Zone.

The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise across the full RCM lifecycle — from charge entry and claim submission to denial management, AR follow-up, and collections — and will serve as the go-to authority for process improvement, client reporting, and team development.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 2 years in a SME, Team Lead, or supervisory role.
- Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes — Billing, Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, and Appeals.
- Tools & Systems: Proficiency with Practice Management Systems (PMS), EHR/EMR platforms, clearinghouses, and payer portals (e.g., Availity, UHC, Cigna, BCBS).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze AR aging data, identify trends,



and prepare actionable reports using MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client-facing interactions with US healthcare providers.
- Compliance: Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations, payer guidelines, and healthcare billing compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or Commerce preferred).
