Key Qualifications & Requirements:

- Professional Certification: Must pass qualified exams conducted by national bodies, such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in India, or similar bodies globally.
- Practical Training: Completion of a mandatory, structured training period (often called articleship or training contract) is required.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of accounting, taxation, company law, and auditing practices.
