Performance Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.

This is not a social media management or content creation role. The focus is on paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,



Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Jaipur office.

Preferred Skills

- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
- Experience with Looker Studio
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
