We're Hiring | HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Reports To: Sr. HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR administration.
- Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and Increment Letters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
- Support payroll processing and employee perks administration.
- Assist in performance management, KPI tracking, and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
- Manage employee grievances, exit formalities, and exit interviews.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare HR reports for management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Experience in Recruitment and Core HR functions.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
