We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Social Media Executive who can design intuitive digital experiences while also managing the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, UI components, typography, and branding.
- Create responsive designs for multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Revise designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed.

Graphic & Creative Design

- Design marketing creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, and promotional materials.
- Create illustrations, icons, and visual assets as required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.





Social Media Management

- Plan and manage the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Design engaging social media posts, stories, banners, reels, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with HR and Management for employer branding and company event posts.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of Figma (preferred).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI-based design tools is a plus.

Social Media Skills

- Social media strategy and content planning.
- Graphic creation,
- Caption writing and basic copywriting for digital marketing.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
