Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to join our pharmacy team. The candidate will assist customers in selecting healthcare products, provide product information, support daily pharmacy operations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers with their pharmacy and healthcare product needs.
- Provide accurate information about OTC medicines, wellness products, and healthcare items.
- Process billing and sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging products.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy sales area.
- Support pharmacists and other team members in daily operations.
- Follow all pharmacy policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

- High school diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Friendly, skilled, and customer-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
