Job Description:

The Service Technician will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial water pumps and associated systems. This role includes troubleshooting and addressing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing high-quality customer service. The technician may need to travel to different sites to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with domestic industrial water pumps.

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of pumps and related systems.

Ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

Provide regular updates and reports to the service coordinator.

Coordinate with the team for spare parts, quotations, and service schedules.

Conduct testing and inspections to ensure proper operation.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and service vehicles.

Adhere to safety standards and protocols.

Offer customer support and guidance on pump maintenance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
