Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining the CRM, tracking pipeline health, and supporting the sales and business development teams with data, reporting, and process improvements. You will work closely with sales, business development, and marketing teams to keep the sales engine running smoothly and ensure accurate, actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and clean CRM data, ensuring lead, contact, and deal records are accurate and up to date.
- Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales funnel metrics across stages.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for leadership review.
- Support sales forecasting by consolidating pipeline and activity data.
- Assist in documenting and streamlining sales processes, playbooks, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with business development and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and data flow.
- Help onboard and train team members on CRM usage and sales tools.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest data-backed improvements.
- Stay updated on sales operations tools,



CRM best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interest in sales operations, CRM management, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with data and translate it into clear, actionable reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Basic knowledge of sales funnel metrics and forecasting.
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, including formulas and data visualization.
- Process documentation and SOP-writing skills.
- Familiarity with sales enablement or reporting tools.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a process-oriented attitude.
