We are looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that improve the skills and performance of our sales team. The role involves designing learning materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating results, and supporting sales personnel to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop instructional material and training content (videos, case studies, digital modules).
- Conduct skills gap analyses and identify improvement areas.
- Plan, schedule, and deliver sales and communication training.
- Train teams on marketing trends, customer relationship management, and sales techniques.
- Support onboarding of current sales personnel.
- Coordinate performance review sessions and track training outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report training impact.
- Ensure training programs meet budget, timelines,
and compliance standards.
- Maintain updated training records and coordinate with external trainers when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Background in sales is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage complete training cycles (classroom + digital).
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or a related field.
- Additional training certifications are preferred.
