Job Summary

National Carriers Corporation (NCC) is a leading logistics, transportation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and export-import service provider operating across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.

We are looking for an energetic and professional Sales Executive – Business Development to generate recent business opportunities, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Identify potential B2B customers for logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead pipelines.
- Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for customer requirements.
- Handle email correspondence professionally.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support management in business expansion activities.
- Attend client meetings within and outside the office, as required.

Educational Qualification

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, CHA, Export-Import, or Supply Chain industry will be preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
