Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Tally, and MS Excel.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and books of accounts.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST working and assist in GST return filing.
- Assist in TDS calculations and related documentation.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
