Brand Digital Growth & Visibility Strategist (Meta + Google Ads + WhatsApp + SEO)

The Vibe
We're looking for someone early in their performance marketing journey who's ready to own real campaigns — not just shadow someone else's work. If you've already got some hands-on experience running ads and dabbling in SEO, and you're hungry to grow fast, this is for you.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Paid Ads (Meta + Google)
- Set up, run, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Search/Display)
- Keep an eye on performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS) and tweak campaigns to improve results
- Help run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences
- Assist in setting up tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4)
- Manage ad budgets responsibly and report on spend vs. results
SEO
- Do keyword research and help optimize website content and meta tags
- Run basic SEO audits (site speed, broken links, mobile-friendliness) and flag issues to the dev team
- Track rankings and organic traffic using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Support link-building efforts
Reporting
- Put together simple,
transparent performance reports for both paid and organic channels
- Stay updated on platform changes and SEO trends
- Work closely with content and design teams to keep campaigns aligned
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical basics)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Good communication skills for writing ad copy and reports
Nice-to-Haves
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Any exposure to e-commerce or lead-gen campaigns
