Job Description

- Site Security Management. Supervise and control overall security arrangements at the construction site.

- Asset Protection and safeguarding company’s assets, man & machinery.

- Manage and supervise security guards deployed at the site. Prepare duty rosters and ensure round-the-clock vigilance.

- Conduct regular patrolling across the site, storage areas and equipment yards.

- Identify security risks and take preventive actions.

- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports. Immediately report theft, trespassing, accidents, or suspicious activities to management.

- Respond effectively in emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches.

- Coordinate and liaison with local police, fire department, or authorities if required.

- Ensure discipline among guards and workers regarding security procedures.

- Enforce site rules and safety protocols.
