Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker (Commis I) to prepare high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepares pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per standard recipes
- Stretches, assembles, and bakes pizzas with proper technique
- Ensures consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and pizza station
- Follows food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
- Supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Checks stock levels and informs seniors for replenishment
- Ensures proper storage of ingredients and minimizes wastage

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and baking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Valuable understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
