- Financial strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability.
- Financial planning and analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analyzing performance against goals.
- Reporting: Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Budget management: Prepare, monitor, and manage the company's budget, and look for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Risk management: Conduct risk analysis and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Investment oversight: Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend strategies to the executive team.
- Team leadership: Manage and provide direction to the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
