Job Summary

Quess Corp Ltd is looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Coordinate documentation, onboarding, and employee joining processes.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Achieve hiring targets within the assigned timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or any relevant field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals is preferred.
