Job Summary

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage practices, timely material movement, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory Management : Maintain accurate stock records, Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability, Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

Receiving & Storage : Receive goods as per Purchase Orders (PO), Verify quantity, quality, and documentation of incoming materials, Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable

Material Issue & Dispatch : Prepare dispatches as per sales orders or production requirements, Coordinate packing, labeling, and shipment activities, Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, Gate Passes,



and Stock Registers, Prepare daily stock movement reports, Submit monthly inventory and stock reconciliation reports, Maintain proper filing of all store-related documents..

Safety & Compliance : Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse policies, Follow health, safety, and fire prevention guidelines, Prevent stock damage, pilferage, and unauthorized material movement, Ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
- Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, or logistics is preferred
- Age Criteria 30 Years to 40 Years
