· Responsibilities:

· Job Title: Business Development Manager /Sales Promoter - Restaurant

o Promotional Activity: Distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, discount vouchers) to high-traffic areas.

o In office Promotion: Organize sampling, food exhibitions, or interactive activities at the venue.

o Sales Generation: Drive customer traffic and increase the sales of food products and services.

o Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, explain menu highlights, new launches, and loyalty programs.

o Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and provide feedback on current market trends and customer preferences.

o Reporting: Submit daily reports on sales figures and customer feedback to management.

· Key Requirements:





o Skills: Exceptional persuasion, interpersonal, and communication skills (English and local language).

o Attributes: High energy, outgoing personality, ability to stand for long periods, and robust work ethic.

o Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, or field marketing is considered to be an added advantage.

o Education: Graduation,Freshers can also Apply.

· Salary Range: Average INR 2-5 Lakhs per Annum

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
