Job Description: Field Sales Executive – ECE & Security Surveillance*

*Location Coverage:* West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam

*Role Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable *Field Sales Executive* to drive sales and client engagement in the domains of *Electronic & Communication Engineering (ECE) and Security Surveillance Systems*. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collections across the assigned states.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ECE and security surveillance products.

- Provide detailed product knowledge and technical explanations to clients, ensuring clarity and confidence in solutions offered.

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

- Responsible for major payment follow-ups and ensuring timely collections.

- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations,



and site visits to showcase product capabilities.

- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

- Uphold company reputation through professional conduct and transparent communication.

*Qualifications & Skills*

- Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Presentable, confident, and client-focused demeanor.

- Ability to explain technical products in simple, clear terms.

- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states.

- Experience in sales, particularly in technical services or security systems, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
