Immediate requirement for Manager On Duty
Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2+ Yrs Experience in Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day hospital operations during the shift
- Act as the first point of contact for patient and attendant escalations
- Ensure coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and bed availability
- Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Conduct regular rounds in all departments (IP, OP, ER, support services)
- Address staff issues and provide on-the-spot decisions when required
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and service quality across the hospital
- Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to management
