Position: Plant HR

Department: Human Resources

Location: Kinathukadavu,Coimbatore.

Reporting To: Corporate HR Head / Plant Head

Qualifications MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related field.

2 to 5 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Forging, or Industrial sectors. Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff, operators, apprentices, trainees, and contract employees.

2. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HRMS data, and personnel files.

3. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, employee benefits, statutory deductions, and full & final settlements.

4. Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Industrial Relations regulations, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable labor laws.

5. Administer contract labor, monitor contractor compliance, and maintain statutory registers and records.

6.



Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and employee welfare activities.

7. Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, confirmation, and promotions.

8. Identify training needs and coordinate employee skill development and statutory training programs.

9. Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, and productivity.
