Job Summary

Nexzu Mobility Ltd is looking for a agile and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and supporting sales and operations through effective customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and business opportunities
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure or handover to the sales team
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers
- Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and customer handling
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
- Strong verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude

Qualification

- Any Graduate / HSC / Equivalent

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automotive / EV / mobility sector (added advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
