Job Summary:

Assure Intermediary is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily business operations, including transaction processing, client coordination, and banking activities. The role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of crypto brokerage services with accuracy, speed, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end transaction processing for cryptocurrency buy/sell orders
- Coordinate with clients for order confirmation, payment follow-ups, and execution
- Manage banking operations including fund transfers, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Monitor crypto wallet transactions and ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions, volumes, and operational data
- Coordinate with accounts and compliance teams for smooth workflow
- Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, AML/KYC processes, and compliance requirements
- Track daily operational metrics and prepare MIS reports
- Assist in improving operational efficiency and process optimization
- Liaise with banks, payment partners, and internal teams for seamless operations

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance,



or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in banking, fintech, or crypto industry
- Mandatory experience in banking operations (handling fund transfers, reconciliation, multiple accounts)
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and digital wallets
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in crypto brokerage, exchanges, or financial services
- Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and compliance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction setting
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure
