Role Overview

We are looking for experienced CyberArk Specialist to design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in CyberArk Vault and its core components, along with hands-on experience in implementation, integration, and production support across both on-premise and cloud environments. This role plays a critical part in strengthening security posture and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

CyberArk Implementation & Management

- Design, plan, implement, and maintain CyberArk solutions (v10.x to v14.x or latest).
- Install, configure, and manage CyberArk Vault and core components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, and AIM (CCP/CP).
- Support both on-premise and cloud-based CyberArk deployments.

Integration & Automation

- Develop and maintain PSM/CP connectors using tools like AutoIT and Selenium.
- Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems and applications.
- Support automation and optimization of privileged access workflows.

Security & Compliance

- Implement security controls including encryption, vulnerability management, and SIEM integrations.
- Perform vault hardening across components such as Vault, PSM, PSMP, CPM, and PVWA.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.

Operations & Support





- Act as an escalation point for production support and troubleshooting of CyberArk components and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies.

Collaboration & Governance

- Work closely with architects, developers, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Support change management processes and ensure smooth deployments.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

Core Expertise

- Strong experience with CyberArk Vault (v10.x–v14.x or latest)
- Hands-on expertise with PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, AIM (CCP/CP)
- Experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Technical Skills

- Experience building PSM/CP connectors (AutoIT, Selenium)
- Knowledge of PAM concepts and security frameworks
- Familiarity with SIEM, encryption, and vulnerability management

Infrastructure Knowledge

- Understanding of networking concepts (load balancing, data center architecture)
- Experience with DR and HA implementations

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and handle critical production environments
