We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Outreach & Database Senior Executive to support our LinkedIn outreach and database operations. This role is execution-focused and plays a key part in driving conversations, maintaining clean data, and ensuring consistent daily activity across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Send daily LinkedIn connection requests from multiple accounts (including leadership profiles) based on defined targeting
- Send and manage LinkedIn messages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our tone
- Track conversations, responses, and follow-ups to ensure no leads are missed
- Maintain and update database spreadsheets with accurate contact and company information
- Ensure CRM/database hygiene (clean, structured, up-to-date records)
- Support list building and research for target companies and job titles
- Coordinate outreach activity across campaigns to meet daily/weekly volume targets
- Flag high-value responses and opportunities to the team
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in admin, operations, outreach, or sales support roles
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, professional)
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Highly organised with the ability to track multiple conversations

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
