Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, conducting site visits, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities. Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements. Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective clients. Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and sales reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Candidate Profile Passion for sales and customer interaction. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Positive attitude with strong persuasion skills. Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
