About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build internal automation tools and scalable products that can eventually be offered as a service to clients. You'll own both frontend and backend architecture, not just execute predefined specs.

What You'll Do

- Design and build web applications to automate internal operations
- Architect scalable, multi-tenant systems suitable for future client-facing use
- Integrate with third-party systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope features and push back on unclear requirements
- Ensure security and compliance best practices, including HIPAA awareness

Must-Have Skills

- Backend: Node.js or Python (Django/FastAPI) — API design, database schemas, system architecture
- Frontend:



React or Vue — UI architecture, not just implementation
- Database: Robust SQL (Postgres/MySQL); NoSQL exposure a plus
- APIs: REST (required)
- Cloud: AWS or GCP — deployment, scaling, environment management

Good to Have

- Workflow automation experience
- AI/LLM integration exposure (API-based)
- Multi-tenancy architecture experience
- Healthcare background

What We're Looking For
Someone who has owned end-to-end architecture on at least one real project — not just contributed to an existing codebase.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
