We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive/ Business Development Manager to promote and expand our hardware products business across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, marketing, and digital marketing skills, with the ability to travel extensively and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase product sales across India.

Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.

Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings across various regions of India.

Generate leads through direct sales activities, referrals, exhibitions, and digital marketing channels.

Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after-sales support.

Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor activity reports.

Promote products through digital marketing platforms including social media, email marketing,



and online advertising.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in sales and marketing of hardware products.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.

Ability to travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
