About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR with experience in handling the employee
life cycle and is familiar with relevant laws and regulations. Our ideal candidate is someone with
a background in Psychology and is keenly interested in building a career in training & organisation
development.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.
- Work with the HR team and HOD’s to understand talent development roadblocks
- Build the training plan for each team and execute it. This includes content development & execution.
- Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are also welcome)
- Adept at Microsoft office and ability to learn new tech platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
