We are looking for a highly organised, responsible, and leadership-orientated academic lead to manage and streamline the entire academic operations of our institution. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring smooth course execution, faculty coordination, academic scheduling, student experience, and overall departmental discipline with strong punctuality and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine academic management with operational excellence and lead a growing creative education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete academic department efficiently
- Ensure all courses, batches, and sessions are conducted on time without delays
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and academic staff regularly
- Prepare and manage academic schedules, calendars, and class plans
- Monitor faculty performance, attendance, and punctuality
- Maintain high-quality academic delivery and student satisfaction
- Handle academic operations, reporting,



and workflow management
- Support curriculum planning and execution for online/offline programs
- Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and management
- Solve academic and operational challenges proactively

Requirements

- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple academic operations simultaneously
- High level of punctuality, discipline, and accountability
- Experience in academic coordination, operations, or educational management preferred
- Ed-tech or performing arts education experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and communication tools preferred
