About the Role

The 10X Agency is looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer who can build high-performance websites and web applications from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Build custom web applications, CRM systems, dashboards, admin panels, and business automation tools.
- Develop both frontend and backend functionalities using modern technologies.
- Create secure and scalable REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs such as payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, Google APIs, SMS APIs, etc.
- Develop, optimize, and manage databases for high performance.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO optimized.
- Debug, test, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and digital marketing teams.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud servers.
- Ensure application security, data protection, and best coding practices.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain project documentation and version control using Git.

- Strong knowledge of website and web application development.
- Experience in developing custom business applications.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Ability to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with API integration and database management.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple development projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Portfolio of live websites or web applications.
- Experience working on CRM, ERP, SaaS products, or custom software solutions will be an added advantage.
