Hiring: Engineer – QA/QC

We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineer – QA/QC to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project activities, materials, and workmanship comply with quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. If you have experience in QA/QC within construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems at project sites.
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and ongoing construction activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements before execution.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for quality inspections and approvals.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes,



standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities as per quality requirements.
- Support internal and external quality audits and maintain proper documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC within Construction, Infrastructure, or MEP Projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent inspection, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
