- Position : Lead Node.JS Developer

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the development team to design and develop robust and scalable Node.js applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Take ownership of end-to-end application development, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following established coding guidelines.

- Work closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers, assisting them in problem-solving and code reviews.

- Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure quality and reliability

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration of applications

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, task estimation, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).





- Minimum of five years of professional experience in Node.js development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its ecosystem, including Node.js, Express.js, and NPM.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of databases (both SQL and NoSQL), database modelling, and query optimization.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), SQS, Lambda,Kinesis and serverless architectures.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in Node.js applications.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
