We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele calling Executive to generate qualified leads, engage potential customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.
Introduce company projects and explain features, pricing, and offers.
Generate quality leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and appointments with interested customers.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments.
Collect customer feedback and update the management regularly.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
1–3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales.
Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or BPO will be preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language(s).
