We are seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets
- Manage and guide factory workers and machine operators
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production standards
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of machinery when required
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory updates
- Train recent employees on operational procedures and workplace safety
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to improve efficiency
- Minimize downtime and reduce material wastage
- Coordinate with Inventory & logistics team for efficient operations.

Preferred candidates with minimum 4 year of experience in factory supervision roles specifically in food processing or similar industry.
