Job Overview

We are looking for a detailed, honest, and dedicated Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, basic taxation compliance, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or sound knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, along with a firm understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Accounting: Handle routine bookkeeping, maintaining accurate journals, ledgers, and financial records.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and issue customer invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure accounts align with bank statements.
- Tax Compliance Support: Assist in calculating, preparing, and managing GST and TDS data for timely filings.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly expense reports and assist senior finance staff during audits or period-end closes.
- Data Management:



Organize physical and digital records of bills, vouchers, and vendor/client documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related finance field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (Freshers with strong basic knowledge may apply).
- Software Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Taxation Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS, and standard accounting procedures.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
