We have requirement of international customer relationship manager for a jewellery industry at Sitapura, Jaipur location

Job description:

Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and follow-ups.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain customer data and update CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. 6 months of CRM experience preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

- Candidates must have Excellent communication skills in English those who can coordinate with the international clients by Mail, call

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
