Job Responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness and assist with daily office operations.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle document filing, photocopying, scanning, and courier dispatch.
- Visit banks, government offices, vendors, and clients for official work.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Drive company car for official duties, client visits, and staff transportation as required.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and serviced on time.
- Assist the team with miscellaneous administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle)
driving license with good driving skills.
- Basic knowledge of routes in Vadodara and nearby areas.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.
- Ability to read and understand basic English/Hindi/Gujarati.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Office Boy, or Driver is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
