Role Purpose

The Central Store Manager is responsible for managing inventory, procurement coordination, stock movement, asset records, and vendor coordination across all Firgun properties. The role ensures that every department receives the right materials at the right time while maintaining accurate records, minimizing wastage, and following company SOPs.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

- Maintain centralized inventory for all Firgun properties.
- Monitor stock levels for café, bar, housekeeping, maintenance, and room operations.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and inventory records.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.

Procurement Coordination

- Execute procurement according to approved schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely purchases and deliveries.
- Ensure procurement documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicate dispatch schedules to all concerned teams.

Store Operations

- Receive, verify, issue, and record inventory accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and systematic storage.
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all inventory categories.

Asset Management

- Maintain asset registers.
- Track movement of operational assets.
- Conduct periodic physical verification.

Audits & Compliance





- Conduct regular stock audits across properties.
- Maintain inventory documentation.
- Ensure adherence to inventory and procurement SOPs.

Reporting

- Submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports.
- Highlight inventory shortages, risks, and operational concerns.
- Support management with inventory analysis and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong inventory and store management skills.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Has good communication and coordination skills.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Can travel between Firgun properties whenever required.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Inventory, Supply Chain, Hotel Management, or Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Management, Hospitality Operations, Warehouse Management, or Procurement.
- Experience in hotels, cafés, restaurants, or hospitality businesses will be preferred.
