Job Summary

Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software and be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using BUSY Accounting Software.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and purchase orders.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in GST-related activities,



including invoice verification and data preparation.
- Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
