About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Review Architect to join our in-house team in Mumbai. The role involves reviewing, coordinating, and ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural designs for residential real estate projects while working closely with internal teams, consultants, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Review architectural drawings, layouts, and design proposals prepared by external architects and consultants.

· Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, DCPR, statutory approvals, and project specifications.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

· Identify design inconsistencies, constructability issues, and value engineering opportunities.

· Support site execution teams by resolving design-related queries.

· Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations.

· Ensure timely review and approval of drawings.

· Coordinate with liaison teams for statutory approvals.

· Maintain documentation and version control of drawings.

· Support management with design presentations, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.

Desired Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of residential architecture and construction practices.





· Knowledge of Mumbai DCPR, NBC, and relevant building codes.

· Excellent drawing review and detailing skills.

· Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to identify design conflicts before execution.

· Good understanding of construction methodologies and site execution.

· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate development environment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

· Registration with the Council of Architecture.

Experience

· Relevant experience in residential real estate projects with developers, architectural firms, or construction companies.

· Experience in reviewing and coordinating architectural designs for residential projects.

· Relevant experience is the primary selection criterion; age is not a consideration.

Software Proficiency

· AutoCAD

· Revit

· SketchUp

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Adobe Photoshop

· BIM coordination tools
