Job Description

The Training Administration Intern will support the Training Program Management team in planning, scheduling, tracking, and documenting workforce competencies & training activities.

The role will assist in maintaining training records, qualification matrices, learning management systems (LMS), and training logistics to ensure compliance with Safran and aerospace quality requirements.

Job Requirements

Mandatory : Graduate or pursuing final year in Business Administration/Human Resources/Industrial Management/Training & Development.

Preferred : Learning & Development/HR Operations, Data Analysis
