As a Customer Relationship Manager at Vanamayil Chits, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading and mentoring a team of Relationship Executives. You will strengthen customer trust, improve service quality, and guide your team to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Relationship Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and handle escalations professionally.
- Support customer onboarding, renewals, and retention activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Track customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Achieve team targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in customer relationship management, sales, finance, or chit fund services is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
