Senior Architect – Pune
Experience: 12–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and planning of industrial/manufacturing projects, including layouts, master plans, and concept designs.
- Prepare tender, GFC drawings, and 3D presentations as per client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, factory norms, and sustainability standards (LEED/IGBC).
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams for design reviews and clash resolution.
- Conduct client meetings, review contractor drawings, and address technical queries/RFIs.
- Support BOQ preparation, technical specifications, budgeting, and vendor evaluations.
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Review junior architects’ work and ensure timely project delivery.

Education

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture with COA registration.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM Modeling.

Soft Skills

- Solid communication, project management, stakeholder handling, and team coordination skills.
