- Responsible for the Contract Staffing business and the development & management of the team.
- Maintains full responsibility of Staffing business which includes profitability, upscaling of business, budgeting and business operations
- Directly responsible to manage performance of team members through necessary interventions and training.
- Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and Staffing related Statutory Acts.
- Acquire recent business for company by on-boarding and signing new customers.
- Interact with a variety of company stakeholders across industries/domains and build relationships with prospective organizations.
Required Profile:
- Strong experience on IT Recruitment
- Managing accounts or customer coordination
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- 4-6 Years of industry experience
- Fair understanding of Data Science & Analytics products/technologies
