- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements, pricing, delivery schedules, and quality expectations.
- Work closely with sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Track raw material availability and coordinate with suppliers to meet production schedules.
- Ensure all approvals (fabric, trims, lab dips, fit samples, PP samples, etc.) are received on time.
- Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A;) calendars for all active orders.
- Monitor order costs and support cost negotiations to achieve target margins.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with factories and vendors to ensure compliance with delivery commitments.
- Review inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Maintain accurate merchandising documentation, order status reports, and customer communication records.
- Coordinate shipment planning and ensure all export documentation is completed accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
